As a tutor, I have found success helping students find news way to approach challenging concepts. I even try to make this process fun! I have always found personal satisfaction when I overcome obstacles and gain an understanding of difficult material. This is science and math are my favorite subjects, and I strive to show my love of them to my students. I am also passionate about education. I have a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, with an additional major in Educational Studies from Emory University. I tutored other undergraduates in general chemistry in college. At the same time, I mentored elementary and middle school students through Emory READS, an organization that works with underserved communities. I also taught a health course at Emory that was mandatory for students in their first year. I tutor algebra, calculus, statistics, elementary and middle school math, biology, psychology, and social sciences, to name just some subjects of which I have expertise. I am also available to help students with test prep for the ACT and SAT. I work hard with my students to help them excel and reach their goals! As for me, I am a medical scribe and hope to become a doctor. In my spare time, I practice yoga, read, and dance.
